We employ our own quality control and production management personnel operating from dedicated office facilities at each factory.
All aspects of production are carried out within each manufacturing facility including metal fabrication; wire fabrication; laser cutting; powder coating; chroming/plating; joinery; upholstery; vacuum forming; injection moulding; screen printing and acrylic laser cutting.
We have our own Hong Kong based procurement company which is managed by our own staff. They have vast experience procuring products throughout the Far East.
IDF’s flexible production facilities are capable of both high volume and small production runs/prototyping.
Production schedules, order progression reports, shipping status schedules and UK stock control are forwarded on a weekly basis, keeping you informed of your project roll-out programme.
